Common Questions

• How do I cancel my subscription? — Open the App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → RankIt → Cancel.
• I lost my progress after reinstalling. — Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used before.
• My score didn't update. — Check your internet connection and reopen the app.
• How do I restore purchases? — Go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases.

Information We Collect

• Account information (name, email, profile photo) when you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook.
• Gameplay data (scores, rankings, game history).
• Your selected country flag for leaderboard display.
• Device information for analytics and crash reporting.
• Push notification tokens to send you reminders and game invites.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the RankIt service.
• To display your username, country flag, and scores on global, country, and friends leaderboards. This information is visible to other players.
• To enable multiplayer and friends features — if you add friends, your scores and rankings will be visible to them.
• To send push notifications (which you can disable in device settings).
• To show relevant advertisements (free users only).

Leaderboard & Data Visibility

By using RankIt, you agree that your username, country flag, and game scores may appear on:

• Global Leaderboard — visible to all RankIt players worldwide.
• Country Leaderboard — visible to players from the same country.
• Friends Leaderboard — visible to players you have connected with as friends.

You are informed of this during the onboarding process and must agree before your data is uploaded. You can delete your account at any time to remove your data from leaderboards.

Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, analytics.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Google AdMob — advertisements for free users.

Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

Terms of Use

By downloading or using RankIt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Subscriptions

• RankIt Pro Monthly — auto-renewing monthly subscription.
• RankIt Pro Yearly — auto-renewing annual subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged upon purchase confirmation.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited upon purchase.

2. Free Tier

Free users may play up to 3 games per day and may view advertisements between games.

3. User Conduct

• You agree not to cheat, hack, or exploit the app.
• You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in RankIt is owned by Berk Berksoy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

5. Disclaimer

RankIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
